Analysing

Based on the data gathered in real time and the aggregate information generated, Sentinel makes predictions and alerts you to the quality of the process and the expected results. In order to carry out this task, Sentinel uses a multivariate analysis based on Artificial Intelligence techniques.

Manageing and Improving

As a guard, the system is able to detect when a problem could appear and is responsible for calculating the best corrective actions that will end up transforming into recommendations that will solve and prevent the appearance of problems during the manufacturing process.

Sentinel is a system that allows you to provide the right data, in the right hands and at the right time. Thanks to a notification system through subscriptions, Sentinel will send information and alerts to people and places where they are really useful.

As a result of our research

For many years, the Azterlan metallurgical research centre has worked on systems and technologies aligned with Industry 4.0. Thus, after the hard effort and work of its researchers, Sentinel has been developed, a specific software for the analysis, management and improvement of processes.

Tailored system

Sentinel focuses on the specific goals and/or objectives that the customer has, as well as on the needs that each metallurgical process presents. In this fashion, it also adapts its predictive models and its way of working, Sentinel allows the adaptation of dashboards according to the requirements of the user, the equipment or the area.

Highly compatible

The Sentinel system is ready to be installed from scratch or adapted to the deployments that already exist in your plant. Sentinel include several drivers to manager the most extended databases. Even, Sentinel allows you to deploy its manager in different operating systems of the Windows family or GNU/Linux.

Adjustable to the process

The Sentinel system is ready to be adjusted to different processes and it is focused on different types of materials, for example, aluminum, iron or steel. Moreover, it allows to manage different manufacturing technologies such as casting, HPDC, LPDC, forging or stamping, among others. Sentinel adapts to your needs.

Safe and easy to use

The Sentinel system allows data to be maintained within the company’s own network and prevents its knowledge from being extracted thanks to the encryption of its predictive models. Nevertheless, users do not have to worry about it, they do not need to be an expert for using them or interpretating of the results that Sentinel offers.
